Pakistan was allowed to visit Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe has received permission from the government to visit Pakistan. They are scheduled to visit the country next October.

Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed the permission on Wednesday in a statement.

The team will play three ODIs and a T20 against Pakistan in the tour. The three ODIs will be played between October 30 and November 3, which are part of the ICC Super League. Then the T20 series will be held from November 8 to 10.

International cricket has been banned in Pakistan for a long time after the 2009 terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan team in Lahore. Later the limited overs series started in limited size. West Indies, Zimbabwe as well as the World XI have played in the T20 series. However, the Tests are back in the country after 10 years, with a tour of Sri Lanka last December. Then in January Bangladesh also played Test and T20 in the country.
